Join us for a complimentary breakfast where ManpowerGroup will share the employment outlook for Quarter 2 2012 and thought provoking dialogues regarding workforce strategy.
ManpowerGroup led sessions at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland last month with global business leaders and discussed transformations expected in the next decade.
ManowerGroup senior executives and Chicago business leaders will address these same discussions. How will Chicago build a talent pool that the market will demand in 5-10 years? How are businesses and government applying analytics to the war on talent? How can this unique approach help Chicago compete globally for talent?
Join our discussion surrounding the questions that puzzle Chicago employers with their workforce strategy.
• What skill sets does Chicago currently have?
• What are adjacent skills that could be readily trained to compete for top jobs?
• Where are the talent gaps?
• Realistically how many can make the leap to adjacent skills?
• What are the advantages of collaboration between the business community, colleges and universities to design the curriculum?
The business and government who take a long-term, strategic view on developing talent stand to benefit in the world of work.
