Managing Director, CME Group

Kevin Lennon was appointed Managing Director, Real Estate of CME Group in February 2009. He is responsible for leading CME Group's global real estate strategy, portfolio management, leasing, building management and corporate facilities functions across all of the company's locations. Previously, he served as Director, Real Estate.

He also served as Vice President, Real Estate Operations and Leasing Manager for the Chicago Board of Trade, where he oversaw the historic renovation of the CBOT building, which included a full lobby renovation, elevator modernization and façade renovation and cleaning. The building received a prestigious preservation award from the Landmarks Preservation Council & the Office Building the Year Award from BOMA Chicago.

Before joining the company in 1995, Lennon held leasing and asset management roles for the U.S. General Services Administration.

He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA with concentrations in real estate and finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
