Logistics & Transportation Council Mission

The mission of the Logistics & Transportation Council is to promote transportation as an economic development tool and maintain the Chicagoland region as the premier transportation logistics hub in the U.S. The Council also encourages increased efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and self-sufficiency in public transportation.

Logistics & Transportation Education

The Logistics & Transportation Council hosts educational events for members focusing on topical global transportation issues including business optimization of passenger and freight transportation on highways, waterways, rail, air, and public transit.

Logistics & Transportation Policy

The Council invites leading public policy speakers and stakeholders on transportation and logistics to discuss policy at the federal, state, and local levels of government.
