Corporate culture is often regarded as something that’s hard to measure—and even harder to change. But in a highly commoditized world, a company’s culture can be its greatest competitive advantage, so investing in it can be a huge differentiator.

Session attendees will acquire new strategies for boosting performance and profitability by learning about:
- How to align culture with business goals (and measure it)
- How to identify and prioritize the most critical business drivers to yield greater returns
- How to promote continuous improvement at all levels within the organization
