As the digital age disrupts large swaths of our economy, companies must adapt to the shifting nature of work to remain competitive.

Speakers will share inside perspectives on attracting and retaining tech talent and what the rapidly evolving landscape means for a diverse, multi-generational, geographically dispersed workforce.

Leaders from Chicago’s most innovative companies will give insights on how they are leveraging emerging technologies and unlocking the full potential of their workforce.

Speakers include:

  • Charlyn Anderson, Managing Director, Novo Group
  • Jason Birnbaum, VP Operational and Employee Technology, United Airlines
