From the President’s Desk: Transitioning to the Next Chapter of Growth
In celebration of another action-packed chapter in the ongoing story of the Chicagoland Chamber, I would like to invite all of you to our 112th Annual Meeting on June 7. Be on hand to witness history as we officially hand the reigns to a new a Chairman to lead us into the future before revealing the winner of the 5th Annual Tyree Award.
But before we do that, we’ll reflect on the year past as we highlight several accomplishments that directly benefited our members:
- We redoubled our advocacy efforts to ensure the collective voice of our members is heard, working closely with business leaders and government officials at all levels.
- We focused on further engaging our members through dynamic programming, hosting more than 120 events which generated more than 8,000 connections.
- We helped our members grow their brands through increased digital marketing opportunities, including 330,000 website page views and 6,200+ social media interactions.
- We expanded the Chamber Foundation, generating awareness for disability inclusion and working to cultivate a steady stream of top talent for Chicago’s future workforce.
This exciting chapter culminates at our 112th Annual Meeting, where we will shift our focus to the future. Margo Georgiadis, President of Americas at Google, will serve as the keynote speaker, shedding light on how Google stays ahead by embracing change, constantly challenging itself and creating a world-renowned culture of innovation.
We look at our future in a similar fashion, reinventing ourselves to drive growth and impact success for our members for decades to come.
Join us on June 7 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago as we begin our next chapter of innovation and growth.
